Can you show me the embroidery effect if I send you my pattern?
Sure, we can embroider your pattern for free. If you are still worried about the quality, we will show you pictures and videos to check your actual design. Just remember provide us with your pattern in DSB or DST format.
What can I do with the machine?
No limits of imagination.
If you can hoop it, you can embroider it. Embroider caps, garments,bags ,hoodies jackets, leather, shoes, patches and plenty more with our Vision Series. ,With single head 12 or 15 needles and the attachment. This embroidery machine is perfect for growing your embroidery business.
Is this embroidery machine easy to operate?
The embroidery machine is equipped with a 10-inch touchable LCD computer.
The operating principle is very easy, just like using ipad.
You can learn to operate this machine computer in 5-10 minutes. Each BAI VISION Series includes a computerized control panel that holds 20 millions stitches of storage,you can upload and edit design settings and create customized lettering directly on the panel.
Do I need to buy extra plug for the VISION embroidery machine?
BAI embroidery machine is equipped with the plug based on your countries' standard. Its wide voltage is from 110V to 230V, which is suitable for household sockets, just plug and use it.
How to input an embroidery pattern?
Each machine comes with a USB, you could upload your design to the USB, then plug it into the computer, your design will show automatically.
You could also use our network cable to transmit your design.
I'm located in the US, how fast can I get the machine?
There are two methods:
- You could pick it up by yourself, our warehouses are in Los Angeles(California), Atlanta(Georgia), Linden(New Jersey).
- We also provide 7 days door-to-door shipping, you will get a tracking number after delivery.
I'm a newbie, can I get any training?
We provide English operation guides. As well as teaching and maintenance videos, in five languages: Chinese, English, French, Spanish and Arabic. It's all free.
We will ensure that you have no worries from unpacking, threading, etc. until the machine works successfully. If you need any further help, our team is available for a video call with you.

How long can I get the machine after I pay?
1. Pick up from USA warehouse LA, ATL, NJ etc, only 2 days is ok
2.Arrange delivery for you from USA warehouse, you can receive it during 7 business days
3. For other country,just check with BAI sales
Why does your machine seem stronger than others?
A stronger machine means that it will be more stable at high speed, and the embroidery will be more precise.
Which machine is more suitable for me? Please advise.
1. If you are a beginner, or you only used single needle embroidery machine before, you could try MIRROR1201/1501.
2. If your business is successful now, you could consider VISION or HE Series.
