Sure, we can embroider your pattern for free. If you are still worried about the quality, we will show you pictures and videos to check your actual design. Just remember provide us with your pattern in DSB or DST format.

Should I get one set 2 heads or 2 sets single head embroidery machine?
Depends on the order quantity of one pattern, for your reference, >20pcs/pattern, a 2 heads is more efficient;<20pcs/pattern, 2 sets of single heads are more flexible.
How to move the machine into the house? Is it easy to move?
You can use a jack pallet to move the case into your house. After unpacking the case, place the machine head on the stand and screw it. There are universal wheels for easy movement , after assembly, even if you are a lady, you can move it anywhere you want in your room.
I'm located in the US, how fast can I get the machine?
There are two methods:
- You could pick it up by yourself, our warehouses are in Los Angeles(California), Atlanta(Georgia), Linden(New Jersey).
- We also provide 7 days door-to-door shipping, you will get a tracking number after delivery.
Can this machine make t-shirts on one head and hats on the other?
No.This machine can only do the same embroidery at the same time.

we currently have 3 single heads and a 6 head from tajima, and i have to say that the quality of the vision is up to par with all industry standards, the machine came super fast from california to new york, we just ordered a second vision, they will create a whatsapp group or for me they did a wechat with the techs to answer any question, huge thanks to vivian or as she calls herself vivi, super responsive and friendly.

Absolutely amazing service throughout the entire order process. The support from both Louisa and others at the Bai company has been great, with support videos on their website, YouTube channel, and Facebook group.
