we currently have 3 single heads and a 6 head from tajima, and i have to say that the quality of the vision is up to par with all industry standards, the machine came super fast from california to new york, we just ordered a second vision, they will create a whatsapp group or for me they did a wechat with the techs to answer any question, huge thanks to vivian or as she calls herself vivi, super responsive and friendly.

Absolutely amazing service throughout the entire order process. My sales rep, Louisa Chen, was amazing with following up and answering questions while I was still deciding if this was the machine I wanted. The support from both Louisa and others at the Bai company has been great, with support videos on their website, YouTube channel, and Facebook group. Sales and support reps are constantly reaching out to customers with issues, offering video calls to walk through issues as well as posting videos and walkthroughs to help with common issues. I can not say enough about Bai, and Louisa, that would convey how much I appreciate them. Offering a lower cost machine is great, but the sales, service, and support cannot be beat!
