I recently bought my first embroidery machine from Bai. Like most people, I was a bit nervous about buying from overseas and without being able to see the machine in person. However, after watching videos on YouTube and reading posts on Facebook from customers, I felt at ease. Cathy Han was my rep and she was/is awesome! Despite our huge time difference she is sure to get back to me with answers to my questions quickly. I am so thrilled that I decide to purchase my 15 needle needle embroidery machine from Bai. It has truly been a joyful journey! Originally, I thought I would purchase a Ricoma. Then I spoke with someone from Melco. I could not justify paying 5 figures for my very first machine and needed an alternative. I decided to search YouTube for 15 needle embroidery machines. There were a lot of videos of people speaking on their Bai. I watched each one. I decided this company was the one and contacted a rep. I was blessed with Celia Xia. From the very first conversation she answered all of my questions with no pressure to purchase. I asked several questions over a few months. I decided to place a deposit to hold my machine & price in December 2022 and then started getting nervous about the purchase and wondered could I be successful at learning the machine, as others stated their was a learning curve (none any different from any other new machine). Celia checked on me from time to time to see if I had any concerns or questions and kept me updated on the Vision machine. After 6 months and the making of a new machine (Vision V22) I paid in full in June 2023 & picked up my machine the first week of July 2023. I am so ecstatic to be a new Vision V22 15 needle embroidery owner. With all of the company videos, Facebook groups and access to Bai Reps. you will not have to stress by yourself! Help is all around for you to succeed! I have been incredibly pleased with all of Bai’s service! Take the chance with confidence, you will be glad you did!

J'ai acheté ma Mirror en mars 2021 et je suis toujours autant satisfaite de cette machine ! A l'avenir je pense agrandir mon parc et en reprendre une autre ! Le service après vente est au top et même habitant en France je n'ai eu aucun soucis de compréhension !

This is my fourth embroidery machine and my first multi needle. Unlike my other machines that are in the shop at least once a year and cost quite a bit to maintain. I can maintain my BAi myself. Plus the cost was about half what I paid for my top of the line. And than I only got one needle now I have 15! If I run into trouble I can send a text and get help I've always received an answer in less than five hours. Who does that, Bai does. Celia helped me with purchasing and walked me through the process witch went smoothly. Recently Chris helped me solve a problem I was having he was just wonderfully nice. He told me what to do showed me videos, ones that I had watched before trying to figure this out myself but he gave me pointers that made all the difference and confidence that I could do it. Thanks to both of you I'm up and running.

Celia was amazing to work with. She was extremely patient and professional during the research phase. Once purchased, she provided amazing assistance and got us out of some end-user errors I made when getting ahead of myself using the machine. it’s been smooth sailing. i can’t believe how well it does hats. That’s my main focus.

One of the most important things to consider when you get an embroidery machine is after sale service because that is when you need the most support. and Bai is amazing at it. After you take possession the machine is when they truly step up. I had another issue with my machine last night (user induced, I am sure) and they were beyond
