Thank you sincerely for purchasing the products produced or sold by Jiangsu Baima Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (here in after referred to as "our company"). This warranty is a guarantee of the quality of all products sold by our company and our confidence.

 Coverage

This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty covers the machines, products and accessories sold by our company. For details, please refer to Article 2 of this warranty.

Our company guarantees that the covered products will be free of defects in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty period stated below. We will, at its option, repair or replace a product that is found defective during the warranty period. Warranty work must be implemented by our technical staff.

During warranty period , it covers parts and labor only, and does not include travel expenses by our technicians for onsite work. This travel expense is your responsibility. The customer is also responsible for basic troubleshooting with our technician before an onsite technician can or will be dispatched.

Outside the warranty period, our company can provide you with a paid maintenance service plan.

Warranty 

Our company warranty applies for the warranty period specified for the specific product below. The warranty period starts from the day when the carrier delivers the goods to the designated consignee or the designated receiving place.

Note:
Except for consumable components and optional accessories including, but not limited to needles, bobbin cases, rotary hooks, bulbs, fuses,needle bar reciprocators, plastic spiral bevel gears, etc. Not covered under this limited warranty, which does not apply to the Software; Second-hand embroidery machines do not provide free warranty and service. If you need service, please provide the proof of purchase of the second-hand machine. The warranty service will be charged according to the actual situation.

Not Covered Under This Limited Warranty

Our company not responsible for:
- Acts of God
- Any product that has been used, altered or modified in ways not approved by our representative
- Parts, supplies or accessories not supplied by our company
- Damage/defects caused by failure to attend corresponding training, improper installation, digitizing, or other user misuse
- Depreciation or damage to equipment, property or garments, caused by normal wear and tear, lack of proper maintenance, or failure to follow safe operating and maintenance instructions, which includes but is not limited to proper lubrication, thread tension, needle orientation and hooping
- External factors such as environment, maintenance neglect, or electrical supply problems
- Other situations that do not belong to the scope of warranty responsibility

Note:
This limited warranty will be void if the machine has been tampered with or modified without the express prior approval of our representative, or if a serial number has been altered or removed. The machine and its parts, etc. are not covered by this warranty, i.e. you cannot assert any rights under this warranty .

 Warranty Process

For product returns under warranty, Our company will issue a Return Materials Authorization BAi Number.

You must return the product in the correct packaging with the BAI number clearly marked on the outside of the box. You must ship the product to our company within 20 working days from the date of BAI number issued. If you fail to return the product within the specified time and according to the above process, our company will not accept the return, and you will continue to bear the purchase cost of any materials you receive.

If our company determines that any of the above situations or problems are not covered by the warranty, or are not attributable to our company, or are exempt from our company's responsibility for repairs, our company will notify you in time, and you can choose the maintenance service plan provided by our company for a fee.

Parts used to perform warranty repairs may be new or refurbished. Refurbished parts are equivalent in performance to new parts. Replacement parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. Parts replaced during maintenance are owned by our company. If the machine needs to be replaced, our company can choose to replace it with a new or refurbished production machine, and the replacement machine will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Please be ready to provide the machine's nameplate number, your name, phone number, email address, and description of the questions. For onsite warranty work, please be prepared to pay for travel and expenses to your location. Our company will charge for any services not covered under warranty.

 Dispute Resolution

Our company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts or product in whole, and our company’s liability will in no case , exceed the purchase of the product, that is, our company's compensation is limited to the purchase price of the product.

In the event of a dispute, you are limited to making claims within the purchase price range, and any claims against our company must be filed with the people's court where our company is domiciled.

This limited warranty is exclusive. All other warranties expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded. Any implied warranties that may not be excluded under applicable law, are hereby limited to the duration of the warranty. In No event will our company be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (Including but not limited to data, profits, litigation fees, arbitration fees, preservation fees, attorney fees, appraisal fees, transportation fees), even if our company has been expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. The purchaser may also have other rights in their home jurisdictions.
