With sufficient inventory, you can ask your sales representative schedule a shipment for you immediately, or you can specify a shipment date.
Your sales representative will make reasonable arrangements for shipping based on warehouse distance or inventory status.
Before shipment, the BAi warehouse staff will reinforce all wooden crates again, secure them with additional pallets, use wrap-around film to protect against wet or rainy weather, and two strong tie-downs to maintain the integrity of the crates.
In addtion, BAi will buy shipping insurance for all machines to ensure safe transportation. All the above services are free of charge. Just rest assured about it.
Tracking
Clearly track machine location
BAi cooperates with well-known trucking companies in the United States, such as Fedex UPS XPO ABF Roadrunner, etc., to keep the shipment as safe, fast and traceable as possible.
After picking up the machine by trucking company, your sales representative will send you the paper with the website and tracking number, so you can clearly track the machine location.
Receiving
Ready to receive your machine
Usually the trucking company will call you in advance to let you know the delivery time or make an appointment with you for delivery. You can also take the initiative to contact with the driver.
At the time of delivery, the driver will use a lift to bring the machine to your door or downstairs, you do not need to pay extra for unloading. You will need to handle the unpacking.
Note: Even with our best efforts to keep the shipment safe, occasionally some unexpected shipping conditions cannot be avoided. Therefore, when you receive your machine, please check the integrity of the wooden box, and if the box is damaged, please make sure to note it on the signature receipt. And contact your sales representative in time, we will handle it properly.
