Yes, BAI's computer supports photo embroidery. However, we recommend that you convert it to DST or DSB format, the embroidery effect will be better. If you just want to have a try, you could use the photo directly.
How to input an embroidery pattern?
Support WIFI Transmission. Connect your computer and machine to the same wifi, log on to cloud.institch.com, and you can directly transfer patterns.

Do i need to oil my machine before using it? Or does it come oiled?
Oil it first. The machine comes with a small bottle of oil to get you started.

Observe the position of the pinhole. One side is concave. Face out and offset 15 degrees to the right.
How to embroider good small letters?
1.Use a Small Needle: Choose a small needle, like a 70/10, to keep the stitches precise. 2.Choose the Right Font: Pick a simple, clean font designed for small lettering. Avoid fonts with too much detail. 3.Use a Stabilizer: Place a stabilizer under the fabric. This keeps the fabric from shifting and helps the letters stay clear. 4.Slow Down the Machine: Lower the speed of your machine. This gives you more control and makes the letters look better. 5.Adjust Tension: Make sure the thread tension is balanced. Too tight or too loose can make the letters messy.
Are there certain sizes that are better for different items? Do I need to replace them often or at all?
Always replace needles when they break. The needles that come with the machine are a universal size. As you learn embroidery you can experiment with different sizes to suit your needs. For instance metallic threads aren't the same shape as regular threads. They work better with larger sized needles. Most people use 90/14 for metallic. The bigger the number the bigger the needle. For small letters a smaller needle works to make a cleaner look some use 65/9 for fine stitching. This is a skill that comes with experience.
How can I avoid bird nesting?
If the stitches are doing funky things under the item you are working with it's an upper tension issue. If the issue is on top of the item it's a lower tension issue. If you are experiencing birdsnesting that means there is something wrong with the upper tension. You can try rethreading that particular needle from spool to needle or you can increase the upper tension.
Can a multi-head embroicery machine make t-shirts on one head and hats on the other?
No.This machine can only do the same embroidery at the same time.
