EVERYTHING. Multiple hoops of different sizes. 2 hoops for hats, and the driver. Hoop arms to do flat projects. A sample box of thread, bobbin and stabilizer. All the tools you need for the machine in a handytool box.

I've had my BAi for closeto a week now. I've had some issues with it but they were user error andwere quickly solved with the help of Chris Zhong and the Bai team. They are very helpful and very detailed. I've stitched a dozen designs alreadyand have had no issue since beinghelped by Chris.

Not only is it more affordable than Ricoma, but it is quieter, more functional, and has a higher quality build. Nothing has broken yet; where we've had to replace several arms on the Ricoma.Very high quality machine and The embroidery Quality is high and clean.
