2022-10-30Hello, guys, welcome to BAI. If you have received your BAI machine but don’t know how to thread it, then this blog would help you a lot.
If you are threading for the first time, you can use the following method.
Step 1: Put the threads on the stand
Step 2: Pass through the thread rack hole one by one
Step 3: Pass through the thread tensioner
Step 4: Lift off tension plate
Step 5: Pass through tensioner hole
Step 6: Remove thread tube
Step 7: Fix the thread to the threading tool
Step 8: Pass the threading tool through the tube
Step 9: Pull out the threading tool, take out the thread
Step 10: Install thread tube
Step 11: Pass through the presser
Step 12: Pass through the tension knob
Step 13: Pass through the thread clamp
Step 14: Winding the thread inspection wheels
Step 15: Pass through the presser
Step 16: Pass through the protective cover
Step 17: Raise the spring bar
Step 18: Pass through the components hole
Step 19: Restore the spring bar
Step 20: Take up the thread through the hole
Step 21: Pass through the components hole
Step 22: Pass through the needle hole
Step 23: Pass through the presser foot hole
Step 24: Fix the thread on the thread clamp
If you have thread the machine successfully and just run out of a roll of thread, then you can use the following method, which would save you lots of time.
Step 1: Connect the thread head of the remaining thread with the thread head of a new roll of thread.
Step 2: Cut off the excess thread on the connection point.
Step 3: Pull out the knotted thread slowly.
Step 4: Cut off the connection points.
Step 5: Pull out the thread
Step 6: Pass through the needle hole
Step 7: Pass through the presser foot hole
Step 8: Fix the thread on the thread clamp
